Condition Required Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging

Refund Processing Time Within 5 business days after return is received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items Final Sale items, used or damaged items, and items returned without packaging or tags

🧥 Clothing Returns

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, perfumes, or signs of wear

👟 Shoe Returns

  • Must be returned in the original shoe box, unworn

  • Soles must be clean and free from scuffs

  • Box must be in a re-sellable condition (no tape or labels on the shoe box)

⌚ Watch Returns

  • Must be unused and unaltered, with protective film and original packaging

  • Any removed links, damage, or signs of wear will void return eligibility

  • Warranty cards and certificates (if included) must be returned

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will cover the return cost and offer a free replacement or full refund.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or washing

  • Returns made after 30 days

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@voocci.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

📌 Additional Notes

  • Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or defective.
